Shipping policy
Although it is stated that preorder/ backorder items will take 7-15 working days *(not including weekend and public holiday) *(from day of order), but no refunds can be made if the waiting time is longer than the stated period. This is due to the fact that we cannot fully control or guarantee the expected delivery date to be followed by our supplier factories that has led to unforeseeable delays.
All Local & International orders will be shipped using SPX EXPRESS.
Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the quantity of the items you are purchasing.
