a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Topboxshop will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.

c. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

d.Although it is stated that preorder/ backorder items will take 7-15 working days *(not including weekend and public holiday) *(from day of order), but no refunds can be made if the waiting time is longer than the stated period. This is due to the fact that we cannot fully control or guarantee the expected delivery date to be followed by our supplier factories that has led to unforeseeable delays.

e.We do not accept any forms of exchange/returns or refunds requested by customers upon receiving the products.

f.Definition of defect items > heavy staining(more than1cm),poor or uncommon torn. For exchange of item,customers are required to drop us a message on Instagram direct message(DM) (intsgram:topboxshop.co) within 3 days upon receiving their parcel.

g. SALE ITEMS are strictly not returnable or exchangeable.

h. Topboxshop reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

  • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
  • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
    and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
